Fundraisers All fundraising money is used to offer scholarships, buy supplies, fund field trips, and to keep tuition low. Fall
Yankee Candle -
Child receives the Fall/Holiday collection catalog
to collect orders from family, friends, and neighbors. Candles usually
arrive before Thanksgiving.
Winter
Holiday Fair
- Takes place in early December and includes, silent auction, bake
sale, craft tables, wreaths, pictures with Santa, face painting,
children's games and activities, and children's 2nd time around. More information.
Spring
Golf Tournament - Get your friends together and enjoy premier golfing, a BBQ and and a chance to win prizes at Belgrades Lakes Golf Club. More information. Walk-A-Thon - Get out and enjoy the spring with friends and family while raising money for Wonder Awhile Nursery School. Children collect pledges to walk a short distance (under a mile) through Winthrop. Year-Round Some parents who participate in hosting parties for Lia Sophia, Pampered Chef, Scentsy or other product lines host events and donate their commission completely to WANS.
